Terms of Use
1. These terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the AI SwiftClean iOS app (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The copy you download from the App Store is also licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If that Apple license and these terms differ about the App Store license itself, Apple’s license controls that license. These terms describe the product and your responsibilities when you use it.
2. Features
AI SwiftClean helps you manage storage and organization on your device. The main features are:
- Clean. Scan your photo and video library for duplicates, similar photos, blurry photos, screenshots, similar videos, Live Photos, and videos. Review the results and delete items you select.
- Swipe. Review photos and videos one by one. Items are deleted only after you confirm.
- Optimize. Compress videos on your device and save a smaller copy to your library. Convert Live Photos to still photos, and delete the original Live Photos only if you confirm.
- Contacts. Find duplicate or incomplete contacts, merge or delete contacts you approve, and create or restore vCard backups stored on your device.
- Calendar. Review events and delete the events you confirm.
- Clear Wave. Play a short frequency sweep through the speaker. It does not read your personal content.
- Settings. Notification status, share, feedback, and links to these legal pages.
Destructive actions require your confirmation in the App. The current version does not lock features behind a subscription.
3. Permissions
The App may ask for:
- Photo Library. To scan, review, delete, compress, convert, or save media you choose on your device. Limited access means the App can see only the items you selected for it.
- Contacts. To find duplicates or incomplete entries, merge or delete contacts you approve, and keep local backups on your device.
- Calendar. To list events and delete events you explicitly confirm.
- Notifications. To deliver optional local reminders. You can decline, and you can turn them off later in iOS Settings.
Photo, contact, and calendar data are processed on your device. We do not upload your library, contacts, or calendar to our servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
4. Deletions and backups
- Back up important photos, videos, contacts, and calendar data before you delete anything.
- Photos and videos you confirm for deletion move to Recently Deleted in Photos. Apple typically keeps them for about 30 days. We cannot restore them for you. Recover them in the Photos app while they are still there.
- Contacts you confirm for deletion are removed from your iPhone and, if those contacts sync, from iCloud or the account that stores them. That removal is not reversible by us. You can restore an on-device vCard backup from inside the App only if you created that backup and it is still on the device.
- Calendar events you confirm for deletion are permanently removed from Calendar. We cannot restore them.
- A compressed video is a new file saved to your library. Compression does not delete the original.
- Storage and clutter figures in the App and in local notifications are estimates for guidance. They are not exact file sizes.
5. Purchases
The current version of the App does not offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. If that changes, we will update these terms and the App Store listing before charging you.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the items you choose to delete, merge, or overwrite. Do not use the App in a way that violates the law or someone else’s rights. Clear Wave plays sound through your speaker; use a volume that is comfortable for you and for people nearby.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what the App accesses and what it does not collect. We do not sell your personal data.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that a scan will find every duplicate, that a storage estimate will match the space you later free, or that a deletion can be undone.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of photos, videos, contacts, calendar events, or other data resulting from a deletion, merge, or conversion you confirmed, or for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the App. Some places do not allow certain warranty or liability limits, so those limits apply only as far as the law allows.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after the update means you accept the revised terms. The version linked from the App is the current terms.
